Responsibilities:
In your duties, you will be called upon to:
- Act as the strategic partner of the IPT/PDT (Integrated Product Team/Product Development Team) lead regarding Time, Cost, Quality, and Project Performance.
- Ensure sound decision-making related to operational needs and escalate issues as needed.
- Develop, harmonize, and update the roadmap to support the Product Evolution Plan (PEP).
- Ensure coordination with all stakeholders and track interdependencies within or outside the IPTs/PDTs.
- Integrate and analyze financial data, planning, quality, and performance data of Major Modifications to provide relevant and transparent analyses on project progress.
- Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan…). Use specific project management tools and methodologies to ensure optimal execution.
- Establish and manage IPT/PDT governance by ensuring effective communication.
- Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.
Your Profile:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering or equivalent.
- You possess leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
- You have a technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations. You have good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- You are open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a great ability to work in a team.
- You have a strong sense of organization, time management, and you are autonomous.
- You ideally have experience and interest in aeronautics. You are perfectly comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in writing.
- You have advanced skills with the Google Suite and Planisware.
