Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and ensure the execution of configuration management activities for assigned programs, projects, or components.
• Be responsible for configuration management deliverables, including change control, product structure updates, and associated documentation.
• Identify elements that must be submitted to official configuration control.
• Define requirements as well as functional and physical characteristics of items under configuration.
• Ensure configuration control to manage, document, and approve changes made to products.
• Organize, chair, and ensure the smooth operation of Configuration Control Boards (CCB).
• Maintain Configuration Status Accounting by recording, tracking, and communicating configuration statuses.
• Carry out configuration verification and audit activities to confirm product compliance with established requirements.
• Work closely with program, engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, and customer support teams to ensure efficient configuration management.
• Respect the company's compliance, ethics, and integrity policies to contribute to its reputation, success, and sustainable growth.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to aerospace or a relevant discipline.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in configuration management or in a comparable manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Good knowledge of configuration management and change control processes.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, regulated, and quality-oriented environment.
