Responsibilities
In your duties, you will be called upon to:
- Your role as a Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) will be to track and control activities necessary in terms of time, cost, quality, and performance to achieve successful development projects on the A220.
- Your field of action will focus on the Empennage & WTBF (Wing to Belly Fairing) IPT (Integrated Product Team) as well as major structural modifications:
- Act as the strategic partner to the Project Manager/IPT (Integrated Product Team) in their responsibility regarding Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance of projects.
- Ensure sound decision-making linked to operational needs and escalate issues as needed.
- Develop, harmonize, and update integrated plans.
- Ensure plan quality through the implementation of performance indicators and rule tracking.
- Manage and control the project scope throughout its lifecycle.
- Coordinate Project Management activities in line with the Airbus product development system. Integrate and analyze financial data, scheduling, quality, and performance data of major modifications to provide relevant and transparent analyses on project progress.
- Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan...).
- Use specific project management tools and methodologies to secure optimal execution.
- Set up and manage the governance of multidisciplinary teams, internal and external to Airbus, including engineering, methods, quality, procurement, and suppliers.
- Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.
Your Challenges:
- Track and control project activities (time, cost, quality, and performance).
- Develop, harmonize, and update integrated plans.
- Identify and integrate project lessons learned.
- Ensure active risk and opportunity management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering or equivalent.
- You possess leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
- You have a technical background in aircraft development.
- You have good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- You have an open mind with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a great ability to work in a team.
- You have a sense of organization, time management, and are autonomous.
- You ideally have experience and interest in aerospace.
- You are perfectly comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in writing.
- You have advanced skills with the Google Suite.
