The person occupying the position of Advisor - Organizational Change Management fosters the adoption of business transformation by integrating structured change management, strategic communications, and training into a unique and coherent approach. They design and implement comprehensive plans aimed at strengthening readiness, reducing resistance, engaging leaders, and giving employees the knowledge and skills necessary to adopt new ways of working.

Responsibilities:

1) Change Strategy, Impact, and Adoption

  • Assess and document the impacts of change on employees, processes, technologies, and culture, and translate them into action plans.
  • Develop and implement integrated change strategies (stakeholder engagement, readiness, resistance, adoption).
  • Integrate change activities into program and project delivery plans, in partnership with project managers and business leads.
  • Establish and execute change networks (e.g., change exchanges) to broaden reach, gather feedback, and mitigate resistance.

2) Communications and Engagement

  • Develop strategic change communication plans aligned with adoption objectives across multiple initiatives.
  • Develop clear, audience-appropriate messages explaining the rationale, purpose, and next steps.
  • Plan and implement multichannel communications (emails, intranet, town halls, leader toolkits, FAQs).
  • Lead communications for key program phases such as launch, user acceptance testing, transition, and hypercare.

3) Training Strategy, Design, and Implementation

  • Conduct training needs analyses and define role-based learning pathways based on change impacts and expected adoption outcomes.
  • Design blended learning solutions (instructor-led, virtual, online, job aids) using adult learning principles.
  • Plan and coordinate training logistics, scheduling, and deployment; support train-the-trainer and manager-led enablement models.
  • Use a learning management system and digital learning tools to manage training delivery, track completion, and evaluate effectiveness.

4) Leadership, Facilitation, and Culture

  • Coach sponsors and leaders on change leadership, sponsor behaviors, and directed communications.Facilitate workshops (impact assessments, stakeholder alignment, readiness state, and implementation planning).
  • Promote an open culture to change by reinforcing desired behaviors and supporting their sustainable adoption.

5) Center of Excellence Standards, Governance, and Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and improve quality standards, templates, and guidelines from the Change Center of Excellence for change, communication, and expected training outcomes.
  • Provide advisory support and coaching to implementation teams on best practices and consistent application of methods.
  • Support change sequencing in the business, capacity planning, and lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement of results.

6) Measurement and Reporting

  • Define and track metrics for adoption, engagement, readiness, and learning effectiveness; communicate information to stakeholders.Monitor communication effectiveness and adapt approaches based on feedback and gathered data.
  • Evaluate learner readiness and the application of new skills to confirm that implementation matches expected adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in organizational change management, communication, engagement, and learning implementation (or deep expertise in one domain and proven skills in the others).Experience supporting enterprise-wide or large-scale transformation initiatives within a consulting, Center of Excellence, or multi-initiative environment.
  • Knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and strong facilitation and influencing skills.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex changes into clear narratives and practical advice.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design; experience with learning management systems and digital learning tools is a strong preference.Experience documenting and communicating complex change impacts within a matrix organization.
  • Experience implementing change initiatives in a unionized environment, collaborating with Human Resources and Labor Relations teams to ensure communication and achievement of goals.Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to support the overall success of the team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing and managing expected outcomes aimed at fostering change within the organization, including but not limited to change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, readiness and resistance plans, adoption and reinforcement plans, integrated communication plans, FAQs, leader toolkits, event or town hall content, training strategies, learning needs analysis, role-based curricula, job aids, training deployment plans, dashboards, and adoption, engagement, communication effectiveness, and training result reporting.

Conditions of Employment:

Candidates must be eligible to work in the country concerned at the time a job offer is presented and are responsible for obtaining necessary work permits, visas, or other authorizations. Proof of eligibility must be provided before the start date.
