Aircraft Coordinator - Weekend Shift

Schedule: Friday to Sunday (12 hours per day)

Job Description
In your duties, you will be called upon to:
- Coordinate the preparation, monitoring, and communication of the plan to close out technical points for each aircraft in accordance with short-term schedule requirements;
- Prioritize and harmonize access for various stakeholders to ensure adherence to the plan;
- Track and assist in resolving blockers for each aircraft (RNC, BOI, issues, etc.) by communicating with various Operations and Operations Support teams;
- Escalate blocking points if necessary, to the right people and at the right time;
- Identify process blockers and lead improvement projects to resolve them;
- Participate in E2EQG routines, in particular preparing and leading FOT meetings, and contribute to E2EQG monthly analyses and action tracking;
- Coordinate supplier catch-up plans when they are cross-functional to the Assembly Line;
- Coordinate VL/DL plans when they are cross-functional to the Assembly Line;
- Provide first-level on-site support to suppliers.
Your Profile:
- You have i) a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Project Management, or ii) a DEC in aeronautics with equivalent professional experience;
- You have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing processes, ideally on the A220;
- You have a general knowledge of the dependencies between different positions;
- You have a detailed knowledge of planning, logistics, quality, and production processes;
- You have strong leadership, are able to question processes, but also have a willingness to help your colleagues and other functions grow;
- You are fluent in French (mandatory) and comfortable in English (an asset).
