Main responsibilities
• Determine the consequences of delivery delays and identify the action plan.
• Track parts and component kits to ensure all manufactured parts are delivered within prescribed deadlines.
• Participate in problem solving.
• Perform data entry regarding project information and part delivery.
• Track parts and generate manual orders.
• Track the flow of multiple projects to meet schedules and requirements.
• Flag and identify critical issues affecting plan achievement.
• Liaise with downstream production cells, suppliers, and support services to control activity status.
• Alignment meetings with module lead hands.
• Perform system cleanup operations (closing work orders, tracking inactive parts, etc.).
• Participate in various meetings (DMS, production tracking, improvement clinics, etc.).
• Process non-conformances (NCR, RTV, and OSP).
• Late lab orders.
• Track KPIs and action plans.
Profile sought
• College diploma (DEC) in a related field or 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
• Comfortable in English and French.
