SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate with resource persons;
- Supervision of all work performed on the day shift;
- Assign work to the line maintenance team every morning;
- Coordinate work with all departments; interior shops, avionics, sheet metal, and NDT;
- Continuous business improvements, creation and implementation;
- Prepare work packages for transient aircraft and AOGs;
- Coordinate daily aircraft maintenance with production;
- Organize and monitor off-site AOG travel;
- Perform tasks in accordance with the appropriate maintenance control manual;
- Prepare all transient customer invoices;
- Perform other assigned tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Valid Transport Canada Category M-2 license;
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in aircraft maintenance work;
- Possess a solid understanding of CARs;
- Work experience on corporate aircraft;
- Experience related to aircraft maintenance planning and coordination;
- Developed customer service sense;
- Demonstrate good organizational sense and ability to work under pressure;
- Good team spirit;
- Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs.
EDUCATION:
- Aircraft Maintenance Technology diploma or equivalent.
