Main Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze requirements and information needed to specify, design, manufacture, and deliver Lab Test Means (LTM) and/or on test aircraft.
  • Ensure close coordination with various engineering functions to guarantee seamless integration of test means, in full compliance with internal processes and QCDP objectives (Quality, Cost, Delay, Performance).
  • Define technical specifications and architecture of test means, manage industrial supplier selection (if required), and handle project management for outsourced activities.
  • Manage the configuration of aircraft equipment installed on test means, ensure export control compliance, and supervise logistical flows (inflows/outflows) of associated materials.
  • Manage the financial and operational cycle of projects: budget preparation, planning, bidding processes, production monitoring, and change management during the realization phase.
  • Coordinate end-of-cycle engineering activities: preparation of verification procedures, validation of components and test means, commissioning, and drafting of technical documentation.

Profile Sought

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in mechanical or aeronautical engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in aeronautics or a related industry.
  • You possess solid knowledge of the installation and design of flight test systems, test benches, and detailed design (sheet metal, machined parts, welding, piping, and component assembly), drafting procedures and standards, costs, and schedule.
  • Good knowledge of CATIA V5R21 and up, ENOVIA, Excel, and MS Office, and Google tools is required.
  • You are an energetic person with excellent communication skills and interpersonal qualities that will allow you to achieve desired results in a high-pressure work environment.
  • You have a high sense of commitment, the willingness to accept responsibilities and act independently, and the ability to collaborate with partners and suppliers are assets.
  • French and English bilingualism (written and spoken) is an asset.
