Aircraft Mechanic - M2 License

In a dynamic and highly regulated MRO environment, the aircraft mechanic holding an M2 license actively participates in aircraft maintenance, inspection, repair, and return-to-service activities in accordance with current airworthiness standards.

You will work on operating aircraft or during heavy maintenance, rigorously applying the technical procedures defined in the manufacturer's documentation, while respecting the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements specific to the aerospace industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on aircraft
• Perform inspections according to approved maintenance programs
• Diagnose mechanical, structural, or system defects
• Perform component repairs and replacements in accordance with applicable manuals
• Rigidly apply procedures described in the Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) and Structural Repair Manuals (SRM)
• Document work performed in technical records and maintenance tracking systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Transport Canada, MRO standards)
• Work in collaboration with technical, quality, and engineering teams
• Comply at all times with health, safety, and quality control rules

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid M2 license (or eligible)
• Training in aircraft maintenance or equivalent experience in an MRO environment
• Experience working with aeronautical technical documentation (AMM, SRM)
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures in English
• French / English bilingualism: major asset
• Rigor, autonomy, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a structured and regulated environment
