As a Customer Service Planner at Rheinmetall Canada, you will benefit from a dynamic and human work environment that values teamwork, leadership, and self-improvement. Your main mandate will be to follow up with customers on the projects for which you will be the main point of contact for after-sales service.

The main responsibilities of this position:

• Respond to and process customer requests and new orders within required deadlines.
• Establish and maintain a privileged contact on all customer projects and ensure follow-up internally and externally until their completion.
• Coordinate with various internal stakeholders the implementation of contracts, terms, and annual orders.
• Produce shipping orders for repairs and spare parts.
• Follow-up on internal repairs.
• Prepare monthly reports.

Work in close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.

The qualifications you should possess:

• Hold a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer service in an industrial environment.
• Master Microsoft Excel.
• Show resourcefulness, have an eye for detail, and possess great interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Master French and English (spoken and written) *.

*Rheinmetall Canada's customers and partners are mostly from outside Quebec, as is its subsidiary Rheinmetall Provectus which is based in Ontario.

Assets:

• Knowledge of SAP®.
