The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Conformity & Attestation Process Owner to join our Airbus Canada team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work with all company functions, suppliers and the Airbus group Configuration Management Center of Competency.
You will be part of the Configuration Management Center of Competency, responsible for defining and deploying company strategies and processes for Configuration management, and of the Airbus Canada Transformation Program, within the CM-PLM Transformation project.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as a Process Owner will be to define and manage the evolution of the Conformity & Attestation processes and methodologies under your responsibility, in order to ensure compliant Configuration Management at Airbus Canada. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and will need to establish strong relationships with the communities currently operating these processes.

Your challenges:
- Develop and implement the vision for your Configuration Management processes, in collaboration with the identified communities that operate them; in accordance with the strategic orientations of the company's Processes, Methods, Tools, and Data;
- Work closely with the Center of Competence in Configuration Management in Europe 1ZC;
- Present the recommendations and integrate the decisions of the configuration management committee into your roadmap;
- Conduct the analysis of the current situation and the identified problems or issues, in order to develop key performance indicators for the solutions and ensure the performance of your processes, as well as adherence to the processes;
- Control and Monitor the processes by taking continuous actions and defining an improvement plan, identifying Risk and Opportunities ensuring maturity assessment is performed and planned;
- Mastering the architecture of current tools in terms of Conformity & Attestation;
- Define the roadmap for the development and deployment of solutions including documentation architecture, to ensure flawless execution and an uncompromising level of product safety;
- Authorise the publication of various Configuration management documents;
- Lead the development of the process To-Be solution with all identified stakeholders - project teams, operational teams, process or sub-process owners, Airbus Canada leaders, regulatory authorities, etc. - in order to reach new levels of performance and achieve demanding operational performance objectives without compromising the safety and robustness of the processes;
- Set and Lead a Process Management Team across the functions aligned with the process scope;
- Remain familiar with the A220 program's Quality requirements (QMS) to ensure adherence at all times.
Your boarding pass:
- You have at least 10 years experience in configuration management, aeronautical product development or manufacturing;
- You have excellent configuration management skills and knowledge more particular on Conformity & Attestation processes;
- You have strong leadership and communication skills;
- You are able to simplify, vulgarize complex topics and summarize risk, key actions and next steps, while using your own knowledge, experience and network;
- You demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to share the philosophy, rules and practices of configuration management and to supervise work sessions;
- You have the ability to foster internal connections and drive influence with external stakeholders;
- You are creative and able to lead a team outside of established practice if necessary to find the optimal solutions;
- You have shown initiative, a strong sense of responsibility and accountability and good, sound judgment;
- You have a good knowledge of project management.
This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide), less than 5% of the time.
