Job Description

• Shift: Evening
• 37.5-40 hours week
• Unionized environment
• Looking for motivated, meticulous, and detail-oriented people focused on quality
• Luxury product
• Sometimes artisanal work
• Our production Supervisor - Painting (evening) will have as main mission to develop and mobilize the members of her/his team. While continuously improving work processes, she/he will have to structure operational activities to meet the expected results of her/his department. Her/his team will be composed of between 20 and 30 people

Your Profile:

As an ideal candidate,

• Professional or college training in a technical field, or the equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing management in a unionized environment & experience in automotive painting;
• Good understanding of the Office suite;
• Mastery of continuous improvement management methods (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
