Become an AME Program

At Nolinor, we are committed to the development of young professionals. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot aircraft structural systems and adjust and repair these systems in accordance with specifications, engineering drawings, manuals and other current procedures;
• Repair and overhaul aircraft structural systems, fabrication, assembly and machining of aluminum and composite parts;
• Perform routine maintenance and report on it;
• Inform the supervisor of irregularities on work tasks;
• Ensure that the work is carried out according to the quality standards, policies and procedures of Nolinor Aviation and applicable regulations;
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure that the work is carried out according to the scheduled timeline;
• Ensure that the workplace is clean and safe at all times;
• Promote the quality management system and make improvement suggestions;
• Adhere to and apply safety policies;
• Collaborate on various innovative and stimulating projects;
• Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements

• You have a DEP in aerospace structure assembly and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (an asset);
• You are able to understand and work from engineering drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications;
• You have mathematical knowledge and an analytical mind, as well as the ability to demonstrate precision at a high level of quality and foresight;
• You are familiar with a variety of pneumatic, hand and sheet metal tools;
• You have excellent judgment and strong attention to detail;
• Fluency in French, both oral and written;
• You master French, (oral and written) and have a good knowledge of English to understand technical manuals.
