Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain aircraft electronic systems to keep aircraft in airworthy condition,
  • Ensure that maintenance and repairs comply with Department of Transport standards,
  • Ensure that maintenance and repairs comply with company guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in aircraft avionics from a Transport Canada approved training organization (ATO) with practical credits,
  • Experience on A330 and/or A320 family is an asset,
  • Two (2) years of aircraft maintenance experience,
  • Ability to acquire a RAIC and a Restricted Area Pass,
  • Team spirit, initiative, autonomy.
  • Working in the fuel tank will be a mandatory requirement at the end of the confined space training,
  • Ability to work at height following appropriate training, required,
  • Essential bilingualism (English and French)

Additional Information

*A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English, orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
